Welcome to the Hailsham Organ Club

Originally known as the Hadlow Down Organ Club we moved to the Pavilion Cinema, in George Street, Hailsham in January 2000.

This building has been restored to its art-deco-glory and enables us to seat 203 members and guests in luxurious raked seating, with a large stage, and excellent sound and lighting systems. There is also plenty of free parking in the vicinity.

We meet on the second Wednesday of each month. Doors open at 7.00pm for members and non members are admitted from 7.15pm, with the performance commencing at 7.30pm, and   finishing at approx 10.15pm. We have a half-hour interval at 8.30pm for refreshments and a Raffle.

Membership Fees are as follows;-

Single (Individual) - £20.00; Family (1+Partner) - £30.00; Juniors (under 16) - £1.00
Membership year is January-December and quarterly reductions are made for those joining at other times during the year.

Entrance Fee's to each performance are as follows:-

Members - £3.50; Non Members - £5.50; Juniors - £1.00
Non members, who join on the night, get a £2.00 refund

We run a "100 Club" for members with monthly prizes of £25.00, £15.00 and £10.00. Shares are £1/month with a maximum of five shares per member. Non members can participate by becoming a Friend of Hailsham Organ Club for a "One Off" membership fee of £1.00*, they can then purchase a maximum of five shares. If we exceed 100 members we hope to have a quarterly prize of £50.00.

In addition, each month we run a members draw for two free tickets to see a film at The Pavilion (kindly donated by Hailsham Pavilion Ltd). There is no extra cost to members for this draw.
