Plot Synopsis
In 1994, in just 100 days, 800,000 people were murdered in Rwanda. The victims were Tutsi and the moderate Hutus who dared to support them. The United Nations gave one man, Canadian Lieutenant General Romeo Dallaire, the impossible task of maintaining peace.
